If you're new here, Shadowfax is our rotating roast where we like to highlight super special coffees to us. This roast will rotate through different origins, and will always be something different and interesting. 

May 2024 Shadowfax features one of our absolute favorites so far. A special microlot from the Werka Sakaro region of Ethiopia. We have a very LIMITED supply of this awesome bean--so only 12 oz options available.

Varietal: Ethiopian Heirloom

Process: Washed

Altitude: 1,800 - 2,100 MASL

What we taste: Tangerine, White Peach, White Tea

Great For: Pour Over (Pincup's favorite), Auto Drip, Espresso
